If you are not completely satisfied with your TIGRÉE essentials, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery.


1. Eligibility Requirements

To ensure a full refund, items must be returned in their original luxury packaging with all tags and components included.

 

  • Leather Gloves: Due to the nature of premium leather, gloves must show no signs of "grip wear" or being "taken out for a ride". We encourage you to try them on for fit indoors only.
  • Socks: For hygiene reasons, socks must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.
  • Non-Returnable: Personalized or monogrammed items are final sale and cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is present.

  • Return Shipping: A flat-rate return shipping fee of $[X.XX] will be deducted from your refund.
  • Exchanges: We offer free return shipping for size or color exchanges to ensure you find your perfect fit.

 

3. Refunds

Once our team inspects and approves your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please note that original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
